This Return, Refund & Replacement Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Use governing www.manthanmeditech.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), owned and operated by NISHA (hereinafter referred to as the “Firm”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at:

For the purpose of this Policy:
- “You” / “User” shall mean any legal person or entity accessing or using the Services provided on this Website and competent to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- “We”, “Us”, “Our” shall mean the Website and/or the Firm.
- “Services” shall mean the sale of medical products/devices and web-based remote interaction between patients and healthcare professionals through the Website.
- “Party” / “Parties” shall refer to the User, affiliates, vendors (product providers & healthcare professionals) and the Firm, individually and collectively, as the context so requires.
- General Policy
We strive to ensure that all products delivered to you are in perfect condition and meet quality standards. However, returns, refunds, or replacements shall be governed strictly as per the terms stated below.
- Eligibility for Returns
A product shall be eligible for return or replacement only under the following circumstances:
- The product delivered is damaged, defective, or physically tampered at the time of delivery.
- The product delivered is incorrect (different from what was ordered).
- The product is missing items or accessories as mentioned in the product description.
To be eligible:
- The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all labels, seals, invoices, and accessories intact.
- Proper unboxing images/videos may be required as proof.
- Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products shall not be eligible for return or exchange:
- Consumable medical products once opened.
- Personal hygiene products.
- Products with tampered or broken seals.
- Products returned due to delay caused by courier companies.
- Products purchased during special promotional offers (unless defective).
- Returns Due to Shipping Issues
- Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies only.
- Any delay caused during transit by the courier company shall not entitle the User to claim a refund, return, or replacement.
- If a product is damaged during transit, the User must notify us within 48 hours with proper proof.
- We are not liable for damages caused by the courier company; however, we may assist in resolution at our sole discretion.
- Refund Policy
Refunds shall be processed under the following conditions:
- a) Prepaid Orders
- If the return is approved, the refund shall be credited back to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 7–10 working days after approval.
- b) Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders
- Refunds shall be processed via bank transfer to the account details provided by the User.
- Users may be required to share valid banking details for processing.
- c) Non-Refundable Cases
- Delays in delivery by courier partners.
- Incorrect address provided by the User.
- Non-availability of recipient at delivery location.
- Refusal to accept delivery without valid reason.
At our sole discretion, we may provide store credit instead of a refund, which may be used for future purchases.
- Replacement Policy
Replacement requests shall be processed only if:
- The product is defective or damaged.
- Stock is available for replacement.
If replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued.
- Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Supporting images/videos (if applicable)
- Our team will respond within 72 working hours.
- If approved, reverse pickup will be arranged (where serviceable).
- In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, the User may be required to self-ship the product. Shipping reimbursement (if applicable) shall be evaluated case-to-case.
- Shipping Charges on Returns
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Reverse pickup charges may be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to our error.
- If the product is returned due to User’s change of mind (where permitted), shipping costs shall be borne by the User.
- Address Alteration Requests
- Address changes can only be accommodated before dispatch.
- Once the order is dispatched, no address modification shall be possible.

- Working Days & Holidays
- No shipments are processed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
- Deliveries may not occur on Saturdays & Sundays in cities observing a 5-day work culture.
- Courier companies may observe festival holidays, which may delay deliveries.
